In this blog I hope to encapsulate the day to day highs and lows of travelling the world with a 12 year old, a Will and 2 surf boards. We are due to depart in August but the journey really started at the point we decided to go a year ago and I think to blog about the preperation (mental and physical) is almost as interesting as the journey itself.

Ahh...the joys of flying! Trouble is, you can't really change your mind and go by plane can you! At least you will hopefully arrive in New Zealand at a more sensible time than 4:30 am.
